    History

    Do you know who introduces color theory into this world? Short answer is Sir Isaac Newton when he did experiments with sunlights and prisms. He documented this on his book called Opticks, in the year 1706.

    By using prism, he split the white light into spectrum of colors called ROYGBIV (Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo and Violet)

    It was invented by Sir Isaac Newton during his research to show relationship between colors.

    There are a few combinations, but we will list a few that been used widely by brands all over the world:

    • Complementary
    • Monochrome
    • Analogous
    • Split Complementary
    • Triadic
    • Tetradic
